Bavaria Tirschenreuth 10 3/4" Plates set of 10, Gold 24k Gilt Stamped Circa 1920

Description

Ten, Tirschenreuth Bavarian dinner plates.  Vintage condition with minor fading to gilding, some very light surface wear.  There is one that has a chip in the underside, otherwise no  other nicks, chips, stains or  cracks.  24 Karat gold rims and excellent quality painting.  They measure 10 3/4" in diameter.  The set was made in Bavaria by the legendary German porcelain firm Tirschenreuth.  Porcelain is thin and translucent.  Underglaze Tirschenreuth mark appears on each plate along with the stamp "Decorated in Own Studios in red."   There are three ranniculus or roses, one parrot tulip or iris?, one dahlia, three purple carnations or roses and two tiger lilies (I think).  These are exquisite pieces.  Please feel free to ask questions or if additional photos are needed.  I will ship immediately upon completed payment.  No international shipping.
