This is a nice EKC branded, circa 1939, un-mailed RPPC - REAL PHOTO POST CARD of the Camp Office with a big sign, on the shores of Lake Okoboji, note the native stone walls. Very Good to Excellent Un-used shape. Typical corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults.
Sold a couple thousand Okoboji Lakes area cards, never had this one before..........
Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find; Near Mint has very little if any wear; Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling; Very Good is better than average; Good is basically average; Fair is to allow more wear than normal; Poor is obvious. We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card. Creased means has been folded or badly bent. Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so will be told as such. Repros - destroyed, unless historic value - life is just to short for cheats! Most old cards are about 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.
