This is a nice AZO branded, mailed from L on FEB 19 1912, RPPC RP REAL PHOTO POST CARD of the Birdseye View of the town in the Valley, road to the Baseball field and grand stands on south side of mid-town, Elevators on Mississippi River, CLOTHING Store with bold front sign, RAILROAD DEPOT STATION and water tower, Main St Businesses, Homes, Stores, Churches and School.
Very Good to Excellent Used shape.  Typical corner rounding and edge wear, no major faults.
THIS IS A GREAT HISTORIC VIEW OF THE OLD LANSING.  Sold over 100 Lansing Post Cards, this is the first time in 25 years we have had this card!
Card shape descriptions are done to the Post Card trade standards: Mint is hard to find; Near Mint has very little if any wear; Excellent allows some wear and minor soiling; Very Good is better than average; Good is basically average; Fair is to allow more wear than normal; Poor is obvious. We try to call out any tears, minor wrinkles are on most any card. Creased means has been folded or badly bent. Cut down cards are hardly ever sold by us, if so will be told as such. Repros - destroyed, unless historic value - life is just to short for cheats!
