    Talisman Designs’ Pastry Wheel Cutter has an easy-to-use design for quick and consistent results. The innovative two wheel make cuts ¾-inch wide lattice strips evenly every time. Pretty scallop edges bake beautifully in the oven. Simply roll the pastry wheel cutter across dough to cut scalloped strips that can also be used to cut pasta dough, raviolis, or fondant. The cutter for pastries comes apart for easy cleaning with plastic material that is dishwasher safe.
