What the Title Means:
We apologize in advance if anything in this section seems too obvious to you to need spelling out, but we find it can save a lot of trouble if we work harder than at least some other eBay sellers seem to do, in creating listings that are very clear.
We are selling new sealed in bag 12" IMPULSE SEALER SERVICE KITs.  The listing is "by the each", meaning if you buy "1", you don't get a "lot of 7" of them.
Uline H-293 is the maker of both this kit and of the Model H-293 Impulse Sealer this kit is designed for.  The kit allows a user who knows their way around a cross-head-point (Philips) screwdriver to perform the kind of main
tenance that a simple yet very effective production tool like the H-293 needs to perform well for many years, by letting the user replace the items that regularly will wear out.
These kits are "4" (meaning "For" a Uline H-293 sealer, not "Four" anything -- there's only so much information we can fit in an eBay listing's title with proper spelling etc.!) the Uline H-293 Impulse Sealer (and we're only selling the kits in this listing -- we aren't including an impulse sealer too at these prices, though we plan (after completing our refurbishment steps) to soon be separately selling one with replacement parts and a sample collection of heat-sealable bags).
The "heating elements" are the items described in "a" below.
The "teflons" are the items described in "b" and "c" below.
The "cutter" is the item described in item "d" below.
What Each Kit Contains:
a.  The metal "heating element" -- a thin flat wire strip that converts electricity to heat in order to seal plastic bags of appropriate composition such as polyethylene ("Poly").  You get 2 of these.
b.  The self-adhesive Teflon strip
referred to in the Uline catalog as an
"PTFE Tape Strip")
that keeps the heating element from causing a short circuit when the sealing "arm" is lowered as part of the sealing sequence.  You get 2 of these.
c.  The wider Teflon strip (referred to in the Uline catalog as a "Cover
")
that is held in place by two metal bars attached to the sealer base by screws.  You get 2 of these.
d.  The metal cutter blade that lets you quickly and easily trim off excess plastic from the sealed end of a bag, after you use the H-293 to heat-seal the bag.  It slides back and forth on the "sealing arm" and neatly cuts off excess plastic at the sealed end of the bag.  You get 1 of these.
e.  Instruction sheet.  (You can also watch videos using links you'll find on the Uline product catalog pages, both about the bag-sealing process in general, and about specifically how to replace items "a" - "d" on your Uline H-293 when needed.)
Notes about the 10 Photos:
All 7 of these kits that this listing will at the beginning consist of, are 100% identical to each other, but due to the random ways things are packed loose into bags, most may not show exactly the same items on a given "side".  And on at least 1 of these kits, we had to shake the bag a little before we could see that there really was a replacement bag cutter -- the smallest item by far in each bag -- in fact in each bag.
So here's what we did:  We took 4 photos of 1 of the originally featured 7 kits at random, 2 of one side plus 2 of the other, and from different distances.  Then we took 1 photo of one side or the other side of the other 6 items this listing will start out featuring, all of those from a similar distance.  This was not for the purpose of a buyer saying "I want the one in the 5th photo"; instead, it was to provide a broad range of views so that you will know what each kit contains (see Items "a" through "e" above).
Note:  Each kit is specifically designed for the Uline H-293 Impulse Sealer.
It may or may not work with any other products whether from Uline or not.  For example, the metal "heating element" strips are specifically sized for the H-293 and end in "ring terminals" designed to fit the studs built into the H-293, so how a heating element is attached and how long it needs to be for any other model impulse sealer whether or not made by Uline will vary.

We have already priced these well below the U-Line retail price (and if you add in the cost to ship U-Line charges, WAY below the U-Line total cost).  But if you want to save some more, there are 2 ways to do that:

WE SHIP QUICKLY AFTER PAYMENT:
Our commitment on this sale is to get your item(s) to the shipper within one business day after payment is completed.  And if a buyer is able to get payment completed by 11am California time on a non-holiday weekday (Mondays through Fridays), we are often able to ship the same day as paid.  We may ship the same day as paid even if paid later, but the later in the day payment is made, the less likely same day shipment can take place.  Depending on circumstances at this end and what shipment method applies, we may even be able to do "same day as paid" shipping via USPS on a Saturday, though our local USPS (often, but not always, the method and location of where and how we ship) closes at 4pm Saturdays (vs. 5pm on weekday business days).
Since only one person here takes care of shipping (and just about anything else), we can't literally promise in advance to achieve same-day-as-paid shipping, since things can always "come up" to prevent that for a smaller operator like us.  We do, however, ship the same day as paid when we can, especially when it comes to relatively small size shipping packages, and our feedback shows that our customers appreciate the extra effort.
Please note that since the appointment of the current Postmaster General of the US in mid-2020 (who may remain in that post for as much as about 2 more years if he chooses to since it's not as easy for a new President to "fire" a Postmaster General as it is to fire, or have fired, others appointed to positions in government service), there have been claims made that mail service is slower and/or less reliable than before.  This is something that is obviously beyond our control.  All we can do at our end is make sure that the mailing takes place by the local pickup cutoff time for the date that we place an item into the hands of the USPS.  These days that almost always literally means "into the hands" because whenever possible, we'll actually mail (when shipping by mail) at a USPS staffed retail postal center, so that we can actually see your item scanned by a clerk, and get a paper receipt on the spot, due to unexpected delays we've seen since around June 2020, not only in how long an item spends in transit, but also how long it takes for "tracking results" to show up on eBay or on the USPS web site.

RETURNS IN GENERAL

Please be sure to save all shipping and packing materials (box, padding, etc.) for the length of the potential return period, in the event a return is to take place.  If you have any questions at all about the condition of the materials, however, please contact us first to confirm that we would authorize you to re-use those materials in returning an item to us, since sometimes those materials get chewed up enough during initial delivery that they need to be repaired or replaced before being re-used.
NO-FAULT RETURNS

30 calendar day return time, running from date of first attempt at delivery by the chosen shipper to your ebay verified shipping address, if you return these for any or no reason in the same condition as sent, at your expense.  However, if you open the sealed packaging, or if you do something that causes one of these to fail in use, e.g., if you spill your drink into your impulse sealer and it shorts out and dies, frying any kit components at the same time, those are good examples of things that would not qualify as a "NO-FAULT RETURN".
CLAIMED SELLER FAULT RETURNS:
Ebay lets you return almost anything within 30 days after receiving it, if what was purchased is not what the listing represented it to be, no matter what limitations a seller may try to put on the reasons for return (and many do).  Please see exact details as provided by eBay at the top of this listing.  To the extent that ebay allows it, you must use a shipping class and type that costs no more than what we used to ship your item(s) to you.

In such cases, eBay calculates, collects, and remits Internet Sales Tax for orders shipped to customers on your behalf. After we collect state Internet Sales Tax, you do not need to take any action. The details of how eBay charges and collects sales tax from at least most states now have changed a bit since then, but the general rule remains the same:  Many states now have eBay collect sales tax for them (no more "built-in no-tax discount" for shopping online in those cases -- and most states expected you to pay sales tax or "use tax" on the "honor system" but had no way to enforce it until the laws changed).
We aren't 'tax experts', but what we think the above basically means is that if you buy something on ebay that you would have had to pay sales tax on, if you'd bought it instead from a local store like a Best B
uy
store, etc., in your state, ebay might now add your state's sales tax to your purchase price. eBay would then send that tax money, that was part of the total that ebay had you pay, to your state.
We never see that tax money, so can't "refund" it. Even if you told us before you purchased the item, and sent us documentation to prove such exempt status, we as the seller have no way to stop eBay from adding state sales tax to what you bought.  And even if you sent us documentation before or after the purchase, as some sellers have done with us in the past, and asked us either to refund the amount of tax paid, or if not yet paid, ask us to custom create an invoice that does not charge tax, our experience is that eBay will add tax anyway.
Some states may provide a way on your tax return forms to request a sales tax refund if you are buying from us for resale purposes and have the necessary state tax exempt status for such purposes.
