    Description

Here is a neat vintage RPPC that is from the Columbus Junction Iowa.  This pictures an old wooden suspension bridge across the Lovers' Leap gorge; a neat sign is at the entrance notifying a fine for running, jumping, or swinging on the bridge, etc.  NOTE: this is a much earlier bridge than the better known swinging bridge that was built later in 1922.  The photographer is identified on the front as J.G. Baker, a known photographer located in Sac City Iowa.  Posted condition, nice details and contrast, some light wear on edges and corners, stain on back.  This will make a nice addition to your collection.
